We need receptive skills: listening and reading

succeeded by productive skills: speaking and writing

for communication rolling ahead, improving

Speaking is productive.

And, it is more productive,

if preceded by listening.

Moreover, it is creative,

if tuned by more and more listening!

Writing is productive.

And, it is more productive,

if guided by reading.

Moreover, it is creative,

if carved by more and more reading!

Listening is bound to be more extensive than speaking

since we use two ears for listening,

and one mouth for speaking!

Reading is sure to be more extensive than writing,

since we use two eyes for reading,

and one hand for writing.

That’s why

listen a lot for better speaking,

and read a lot for greater writing!
